As a senior leader in analytics delivery, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven strategies. You will act as a domain expert for news publishing clients, providing guidance on editorial planning, newsroom automation, and audience analytics.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML projects, including Gen AI, NLP, personalization, content tagging, and recommendation systems. They will be responsible for managing and mentoring cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations to deliver high-quality results.In this position, you will collaborate with client stakeholders to define KPIs, use cases, and transformation roadmaps. Your expertise will drive innovation in real-time analytics, newsroom intelligence, and digital content performance. Additionally, you will provide support during pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development for media analytics engagements.To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Media Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in analytics delivery is required, preferably within news publishing, media, and digital content ecosystems. Strong understanding of newsroom operations, CMS platforms, audience development, and digital monetization models is necessary.The ideal candidate will also have proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Experience with Gen AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) and LLM-based applications is preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills are essential.
