Required Technical Skill Set: Generative AI, LLMs,Azure OpenAI, MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, LangChain, RAG, Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal, Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services)


Must have skill sets:


  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services).
  • Strong expertise in Power Platform: Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal.
  • Experience with Azure integrations: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs.
  • Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, and custom plugin/workflow development.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business processes
  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Azure OpenAI.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, RAG, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and cloud computing platforms.


Good to have skills:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.
  • Maintain and optimize AI systems for performance and scalability.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize solutions in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services, Case Management).
  • Build and integrate AI models into D365 using Azure AI services, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
