Senior DevOps Engineer Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of DevOps practices and AWS services, aiming to leverage their expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment. With an experience range of 4-8 years, the ideal candidate will be adept at driving efficiency and reliability into every aspect of our development and deployment processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) systems using AWS.
  • Work closely with the development team to integrate new deployment processes and strategies to meet our product's requirements.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments.
  • Enhance system performance by implementing best practices in cloud security.
  • Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes on multiple environments.
  • Maintain a robust monitoring system using AWS CloudWatch along with other monitoring tools to ensure uptime and performance targets are met.
  • Act as a key player in the emergency response team for incident management related to service outages.


Required Skills:

  • Solid experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, EBS, VPC, IAM etc., demonstrating strong knowledge of cloud computing environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration services especially Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
  • A strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
  • A working understanding of code deployment tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD pipelines).
  • Experience in network architecture and security best practices (firewalls, VPNs).
