Job Title: Risk Policy Manager for Two-Wheeler LoansOur team is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our risk policy management initiatives for two-wheeler loans. As a key member of our credit risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing credit underwriting frameworks that ensure the prudent growth of our portfolio.You will work closely with our data science team to leverage big data sources, including credit bureau data, SDK data, telecom data, and geo data, in underwriting strategies.Analyzing large datasets to identify early warning signals and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.Maintaining a keen eye on acquisition vintage risk levels within our defined risk appetite.This role requires strong analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales, CRM, marketing, digital, and finance.The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-end analytics, data extraction, analysis, and visualization using tools like Tableau and SQL.
