We are seeking a seasoned Home Textiles Designer to join our team.This role is ideal for a creative and skilled individual who can design innovative textile designs for home decor, including bedding, curtains, cushions, and other home textiles.The successful candidate will work closely with our product development team to ensure that designs meet company standards and market trends.Daily tasks include sketching, developing fabric patterns, selecting color palettes, and creating digital and physical prototypes of designs.The designer will also collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee the production process and ensure the quality of products.Key requirements:Experience in textile design, pattern making, and color theoryProficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CADKnowledge of fabric types, printing techniques, and production processesCreativity, innovation, and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related fieldExperience in the home textiles industry is a plus
