SAP CPI Consultant Job DescriptionAs a skilled SAP CPI consultant, you will be responsible for handling Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, investigating problems, and providing timely resolutions to ensure business continuity.This role requires a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with clients and other partners.Investigate incidents and problem tickets assigned to you, providing resolution in line with service levels.Work closely with technical consultants to investigate issues and prepare technical specifications.Keep Service Level Agreements (SLAs) intact by ensuring timely escalation of tickets to third-party vendors and taking ownership until the issue is resolved.Monitor background jobs and take corrective action in case of failure.Apply continuous improvement processes to drive operational efficiency, process integration, and standardization.Required Skills and Qualifications:Our ideal candidate should possess more than 7+ years of experience in SAP PI/PO & CPI, have worked extensively on SAP CPI Application Support, and have very good academic and communication skills.Should possess more than 7+ years of experience in SAP PI/PO & CPI.Should have worked extensively on SAP CPI Application Support.Very good academic background.Very good communication skills who can interact with client and other partners to effectively understand the problem and provide solutions.Benefits:As an offshore consultant, you will enjoy a challenging and rewarding work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and recognition for your contributions.Others:Please note that we are looking for candidates who can effectively collaborate with our team to achieve our goals.
