ESG Manager Job DescriptionThe ESG Manager will lead our organization's environmental, social, and governance initiatives. They will develop and implement the company's ESG strategy ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute an organization-wide ESG strategy aligned with corporate goals and industry best practices.Integrate ESG principles into business processes investment decisions and risk management frameworks.Identify key ESG risks and opportunities relevant to the company's operations and portfolio.Reporting & Compliance:Oversee ESG data collection validation and reporting across functions.Ensure compliance with local and international ESG disclosure standards.Prepare and publish periodic ESG reports and sustainability disclosures.Candidate Profile:Education: Master's degree in Sustainability Environmental Studies Finance Economics or related field.Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in ESG strategy reporting and compliance.
