As a Graphic and UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for visual storytelling, brand expression, creative campaigns, feedback, navigating ambiguity, end-to-end design, flow + interaction details, pixel perfection, and internal storytelling.You will work collaboratively with the team, be organized, and move quickly to iterate and share rough work.You will have a growth mindset, be customer-obsessed, and understand systems and business strategy.You will love UX but understand how it relates to business strategy too.ResponsibilitiesVisual Storytelling: Translate ideas, features, and updates into visuals that move people.Brand Expression: Approach every touchpoint as an opportunity to build and evolve the brand.Creative Campaigns: Design micro-campaigns that capture what's new and why it matters.Feedback: Get feedback from users, teammates, experts, and friends as a core part of the design process.Navigating Ambiguity: Break down complicated processes, identify core problems, and have a plan for how to proceed.End-to-End Design: Design new features from scratch and improve existing ones.Flow + Interaction Details: Fluidly transition between the big picture and the smallest details to create seamless user experiences. See highly-refined visuals and UI through to the end, including typography, visual hierarchy, and design systems.Internal Storytelling: Distil complex information into compelling stories.This role is a hybrid of Graphic and UI/UX Design skillsets, requiring a strong understanding of both disciplines. Bonus points for animation experience.
