Quality Assurance Architect Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Architect to lead our quality strategy, automation vision, and testing architecture across our engineering ecosystem.The ideal candidate will bring expertise in modern testing frameworks, non-functional engineering, and quality-driven design, with strong influence on technical direction and elevated engineering standards.This role offers partnership with senior stakeholders, shaping organization-wide QA practices, and driving delivery of highly scalable, secure, and resilient software systems within our Core Platforms.Key Responsibilities:Define long-term QA strategy and drive shift-left, shift-right, and performance-focused practices.Govern testing for performance, load, security, accessibility, and resilience across platforms.Contribute to design reviews to embed quality checkpoints early in solution planning.Lead the design and standardization of reusable automation frameworks and toolchains.Integrate all test layers into CI/CD pipelines for automated and reliable quality gates.Establish scalable, secure, and reusable test data solutions to support diverse testing needs.Provide expert guidance to engineering leaders on advanced QA tools and best practices.Clients mentorship to improve automation, code quality, and observability skills.Define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor system health and pipeline performance.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver cohesive organization-wide QA frameworks.Requirements:Hands-on expertise in test automation architecture with a track record of building scalable, language-agnostic frameworks.Proficient in modern testing methodologies, API/UI automation, service virtualization, and performance engineering.Experience in leading enterprise-wide QA strategies and shift-left and quality transformation initiatives.Skilled in programming (Python/JavaScript) and integrating robust testing practices within AWS and CI/CD environments.Able to interpret complex system and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, able to coach teams and influence senior leaders.
