Accountant – Bookkeeping & Accounting SoftwareWe are seeking a seasoned accountant with expertise in bookkeeping and accounting software to manage our financial operations.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/ITES export-focused companies, with hands-on expertise in full-cycle bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation using major accounting software.You will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, expense tracking, payroll-related entries, and reconciliations, as well as handling TDS payments, GST returns, and Softex documentation.We require a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with strong documentation skills who can work independently to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IT/ITES standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete bookkeeping using any accounting software, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, JVs, accruals, and adjustments.Create and manage international client export invoices and handle associated bank reconciliations.Track accruals, prepaids, adjustments, and ensure accurate monthly financial reporting.Manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, payroll-related entries, and reconciliations.Handle TDS payments, GST returns, and Softex documentation as per IT/ITES compliance standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in IT/ITES export-focused companies.Mandatory hands-on expertise in any accounting software (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation).Strong experience in audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance activities.
