Key ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the quality and performance of our local developments, you will review InfoBasic subroutines, batch jobs, and local developments for correctness, robustness, and effective error handling.You will adhere to coding standards, naming conventions, and industry best practices in InfoBasic programs and T24 routines.Your expertise in T24 development will help drive code quality and engineering standards across the organization.Validate file operations, ensuring proper locking, retry logic, and data integrity.Analyze complex database queries and assess their performance impact on table and dataset volumes.Evaluate code readability, design, and complexity; suggest refactoring when required.Align with T24 standards and internal development policies.Apply core banking and basic accounting knowledge during code review.Requirements7+ years of strong experience in InfoBasic, jBASE, and T24 local development.Solid understanding of T24 functionalities, core banking processes, and common tables.Hands-on experience with Git or similar version control systems and modern code review workflows.Strong communication skills for collaboration with Business Analysts, QA teams, and release management.Experience with OpenShift is an added advantage.
