Capgemini invites experienced gender diversity professionals to lead the transformation of traditional vehicles into intelligent, software-defined platformsAbout the RoleAs an SDV Architect, you will- Define and implement SDV architecture strategy and blueprints- Design scalable, modular software platforms for vehicle ECUs and subsystems- Guide development teams across infotainment, ADAS, power electronics, body & chassis- Recommend platforms and toolchains (AUTOSAR, SOAFEE, COVESA)- Drive innovation in connected car, OTA updates, and autonomous driving- Lead digital transformation for OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers- Collaborate with DevOps, E&E, Telematics, Cloud, and Security teams- Mentor CoEs and project teams in SDV technologies- Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262 (FuSA), and SOTIF- Implement SOA and cybersecurity protocolsQualification- 12+ years of experience in software design and system architectureRequired Skills- Strong understanding of ECU design and development- Expertise in cloud, microservices, zonal/domain E/E, SysML/UML, OTA, and cybersecurity- Automotive domain experience: Infotainment, ADAS, Power Electronics, Body & Chassis- Embedded systems: Linux, QNX, C++, CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP- Familiarity with Azure IoT, AWS IoT, virtualization tools, and CI/CD pipelines- Solid grasp of SDLC, V-Model, functional safety, adaptive AUTOSAR, and SOAEqual Opportunity StatementCapgemini is committed to diversity and inclusivity
