We’re now looking for an HR Manager who can help shape the culture, manage talent, and scale our growing team.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the creative or advertising industry. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable managing the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to retention and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for creative, production, and management roles. Build a strong talent pipeline for agency-specific positions.Onboarding & Training: Develop and execute smooth onboarding processes. Plan and manage internal training sessions or workshops to upskill the team.Performance & Appraisals: Design and implement performance review systems that align with agency goals and foster growth.Employee Engagement: Create programs to boost team morale, motivation, and overall workplace culture.HR Operations: Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave tracking, and compliance-related documentation.Policy & Culture Building: Develop HR policies that reflect Unico’s creative, collaborative, and growth-driven environment.Conflict Management: Address workplace issues and ensure a healthy, positive work atmosphere.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably within a creative agency, film production house, or digital marketing firm.Strong understanding of agency work dynamics and creative talent management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.Proficiency in HR software/tools and basic labour law compliance.What We OfferA collaborative and creative work culture.Opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing agency.Exposure to top brands, creators, and media projects.Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
