Job Opportunity – Data Modeler | Forecasting & Prediction

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) | Hybrid (3 days office/week)

Experience: 6+ years

Notice Period: Immediate to 2 weeks – only apply if you can join early

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop logical and physical data models for forecasting and prediction use cases.
  • Work with large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
  • Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and maintainability.
  • Document data definitions, structures, and design decisions.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across systems.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in data modeling (dimensional, relational, semantic).
  • Proven track record in solving forecasting & prediction problems.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Hands-on with modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
  • Familiarity with statistical / machine learning models.
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Retail, supply chain, or demand forecasting domain knowledge.
  • Understanding of data governance & best practices in data architecture.
