The Role of a Quality Assurance Lead is to spearhead automation, performance, and data integrity initiatives. These initiatives are designed to ensure our product handles thousands of customers, hundreds of thousands of users, and enterprise-grade expectations without breaking.The responsibilities of this role include establishing a scalable automation framework that is resilient to UI changes and supports continuous releases. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Lead must build a data integrity testing system to ensure customer isolation and prevent cross-tenant data issues.
