Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive web applications. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement state management and data flow strategies using Redux. Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices. RequirementsKey Requirements:3-5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS and Redux. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Understanding of version control systems, such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
