Urgent Hiring || Account Manager || Kenya, East AfricaProfile:- Accounts ManagerExperience:- Min 10 YearsCTC:- Upto 10-15 LPA (Accommodation & Food)Working location:- Kenya, East AfricaWorking Days:- 6 Days (Kenya Time 9 am to 5 pm)Job responsibilities-Oversee full-cycle accounting operations for the Kenya business unit.-Manage AP/AR, GL, inventory accounting, and financial controls.-Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports as per Kenya statutory requirements.- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, VAT, PAYE, corporate tax, and regulatory filings.- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.- Conduct internal financial audits and liaise with external auditors.- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accurate financial documentation.- Implement cost-control measures and financial process improvements.- Monitor bank accounts, cash flow, and treasury management Skills & Competencies- Strong expertise in African/Kenyan accounting and taxation norms.- Hands-on experience with ERP systems & advanced Excel.- Leadership abilities and team management skills.- Excellent financial analysis and reporting capabilities.- Ability to work independently in an international work environment
