Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in the Commercial Real Estate sector. In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client requirements and presenting tailored commercial real estate solutions.
This role involves team management, providing you with opportunities for leadership and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to effectively understand their needs and requirements.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Negotiation: Negotiate deals and close transactions to meet sales goals.
Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Sales & Leasing within the commercial real estate sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Kannada .
