Job Title: Business AnalystThis role is responsible for analysing and improving business processes, specifically in the area of supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.The key responsibilities of this position include:Developing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the supply chain.Designing and implementing data visualisation dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance.Analysing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring attention within the supply chain.Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, finance, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or manufacturing environment with a focus on supply chain.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup, and financial modelling.Strong experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence/data visualisation tools.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
