Job Title: Senior Visual LeadThe successful candidate will be responsible for the overall visual strategy of our game, overseeing all aspects of art production to deliver high-quality visuals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a strong artistic vision for the game, ensuring consistency throughout.Create concept art, mood boards, and style guides to communicate direction to team members.Mentor and lead a team of artists, providing guidance on art direction and techniques.Oversee scheduling and task distribution to ensure timely delivery of art assets.Collaborate with game designers, engineers, and product managers to align art with mechanics, UX, and performance requirements.Review and approve art assets to maintain quality, consistency, and technical feasibility.Optimize art assets for mobile performance and explore new techniques to drive visual innovation.Ensure assets adhere to platform constraints and industry standards.Represent the art team in cross-functional leadership meetings and external presentations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or equivalent experience.Proven track record of delivering high-quality art assets on time.Strong skills in conception, 2D art, and technical pipelines.Familiarity with game engines and optimization techniques.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Benefits:Opportunity to work on a highly anticipated game title.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.About Us:We are a leading game developer dedicated to creating immersive gaming experiences.
