Grow Your Staff is looking for a Customer Service Associate for a custom apparel company from New York, USA. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.


The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in New York.


Experience required: 2-4 years

CTC: INR 4-6 LPA

Location: Remote

Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)


Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, provide clear and timely solutions, and ensure a seamless resolution process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by treating each interaction as an opportunity to create a positive and memorable experience.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Support team projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and elevating the quality of customer service.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in customer service or a related domain
  • 1 year+ of hands-on experience with help desk tools such as Zendesk
  • Proficiency in handling both phone-based and chat-based customer service interactions
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
