Job Title: US Design ManagerThe Design Manager - US is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of design and creative output. This individual will ensure seamless alignment between design deliverables and client expectations, while meeting stipulated time and budget requirements.The key responsibilities of this position include:Key Responsibilities:Planning of Layout, Concept Designing of Interior Fit-outs of Commercial & Residential Spaces within defined timelinesManaging a team of Interior Designers and 3D Visualizers to deliver drawings and designs as per client Requirement and Budget Understanding Client's requirement, Client Engagement & Handling of Project from start to end, Coordination with internal Procurement Team & Site Execution Team for Smooth Functioning of ProjectSelection of Material Finishes to be used/applied & Approval of same from Client Making of various schedules for a project like furniture, general & decorative light fixtures, carpets, etc. Coordination with Graphic Designers for Creation of Wallpaper Designs & other Graphic Design Elements as per Client's requirement & feedback Knowledge of Working Drawings/Technical Drawings & Co-ordination of same at site for execution Required Skills and Qualifications:4+ years in designing corporate & residential spaces. Knowledge about interior elements and building structureStrong Design sense Well versed with design codes followed in the different states of USA Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirement and goals Track record of delivering outstanding high quality design, leading teams on high profile projects.Excellent interpersonal skills.
