As a Senior Sourcing Engineer, you will oversee sourcing and procurement activities for manufacturing parts, liaise with suppliers, and ensure compliance with international quality standards. The role involves evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing cost reduction initiatives, and coordinating end-to-end sourcing processes. You will also collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide efficient manufacturing solutions that align with company goals.QualificationsProficiency in sourcing, procurement, and supplier evaluationStrong negotiation and cost management skillsComprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standardsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-handling skillsFamiliarity with global supplier networks, especially in India and Western marketsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldProven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or sourcing environmentAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyTravel for Supplier Qualification and onboarding Develop a Supplier network for various manufacturing processes
