Job Title: Java Developer (Senior Software Engineer) – B4

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
  • Development of high-quality software solutions using the specified technical stack.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of development and testing environments, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency and reliability.
  • Participate in the review of user stories, offering technical insights and guidance to ensure requirements are well-understood and feasible.
  • Review the overall delivery process, from development through testing to deployment, ensuring it aligns with project goals and quality standards.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Java, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot.
  • Good knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • Experience with database design and optimization (ORACLE, MySQL).
  • Solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
