Senior Dynamics 365 CE ProfessionalJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CE professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 CE modules.Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).Implementing custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations.Developing and enhancing CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources.Building and customizing model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurations.Integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middleware.Power Platform Development Expertise:Building Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Custom Pages using Dataverse.Developing enterprise-grade Power Automate flows (cloud flows, business process flows).Implementing Power Platform governance, solution-layered development, ALM pipelines, and environment strategy.Optimizing Dataverse tables, relationships, and column-level security for performance and stability.Technical Architecture & Design Expert:Participating in solution architecture with Architects and Leads.Creating high-level and low-level design documents, data models, and integration mappings.Ensuring adherence to best practices, Microsoft recommended patterns, and security & compliance standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.Strong development experience with:C#, .NET Framework/Core (Good to have)JavaScript, TypeScriptPlugins, Custom Workflow ActivitiesPCF Controls (preferred)Hands-on experience with Dataverse schema design & security.Strong understanding of Solution Architecture, solution layering, and managed vs unmanaged solutions.Benefits:Competitive compensation package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):PL-400: Power Platform DeveloperMB-210 / MB-230 / MB-220 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant AssociateAzure Fundamentals (AZ-900)The ideal candidate will be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and willing to learn new skills.
