Technical Project Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in data engineering and analytics.About the Role:Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop a strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and success metrics.Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and report status to stakeholders.Proactively identify and resolve project blockers and dependencies.Ensure all technical documentation is current and aligned with project goals.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Manage third-party vendors or external contractors when applicable.Advocate for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to apply for this exciting opportunity.
