Oracle Database Specialist

We are seeking an Oracle Database Manager to lead our database operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining high-performance databases using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring and management, as well as ensuring data security and compliance through automation and backup/recovery strategies.Main responsibilities include installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Oracle databases across various versionsStrong skills in automation, security, and compliance are required, with hands-on experience in performance tuning and query optimizationThe ideal candidate will have experience working in high-availability environments and must be proficient in RMAN backup and recovery strategies, as well as have solid understanding of Unix/Linux system administration related to OracleKey Skills:RMAN backup and recovery strategiesOracle Data Guard for high availability and disaster recoveryPerformance tuning and query optimizationExperience with patching, upgrades, and database cloningUnix/Linux system administration related to OracleProficiency in writing complex PL/SQL scripts and shell scripting for automationBenefits:Familiarity with cloud infrastructure is a plusOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA dynamic and collaborative work environmentAbout This Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organizationWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages
