Greetings from TATA Consultancy ServicesThank you for expressing your interest in exploring a career possibility with the TCS Family.Hiring For:- Azure Cloud Ops - L2 Location: Bangalore/HyderabadExperience: 6 to 10yrsAn Azure CloudOps role involves providing advanced technical assistance for Azure cloud environments, managing and troubleshooting Azure services like AKS, Azure Monitor, and VNet, resolving complex incidents and problems, ensuring system performance and security, performing infrastructure maintenance, and working with other teams to maintain and optimize the cloud infrastructure. Key qualifications typically include Azure certifications, hands-on experience with Azure services, knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, scripting, and incident management. The candidate should have the willingness to work towards providing a “great customer experience” as the goal and ready to take the extra step to ensure the goal is achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesIncident & Problem Management:Handle and resolve escalated technical issues from L1 support, conduct root-cause analysis for incidents, and implement corrective actions. Experience using ITIL tools like Service Now.Azure Service Management: Troubleshoot and manage various Azure services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Application Gateway, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Azure SQL, and Azure Monitor. Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor cloud infrastructure health and performance using tools like Azure Monitor and Grafana, providing proactive alerts. Automation & Operations: Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform for automated deployment and management of Azure resources. Hands on experience in using CI/CD tools, gitlab/gitrunners preferred.Security & Compliance: Assist in implementing and maintaining security best practices and compliance requirements within the Azure environment. Collaboration & Documentation:Work with cross-functional teams, including networking, development, and security, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Knowledge Transfer:Mentor L1 engineers and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team expertise. Required Skills & QualificationsAzure Experience: Hands-on experience with a broad range of Azure services. Certifications: Relevant Azure certifications required.
