**Sealing Design Engineer Opportunity**We are seeking a highly skilled Sealing Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive body design and sealing system development.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain sealing systems for automotive door, tailgate, and hood applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility and performance of sealing systems.Interface with suppliers to obtain high-quality materials and components.Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards for water tightness, air leakage, and dust ingress.Conduct thorough analysis of sealing systems to identify areas for improvement.Design and develop new sealing system concepts and prototypes.Optimize existing sealing system designs for improved performance and efficiency.Utilize Catia and PLM software's such as Teamcenter to manage design data and collaborate with stakeholders.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering and system documents.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in sealing technology.Requirements:8-15 years of experience in sealing and glass design & development at Automobile OEM.Strong knowledge of EPDM, TPV, TPE materials, extrusion/molding processes, and optical distortion assessments.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Catia and PLM software's such as Teamcenter.Sound knowledge of engineering and system documents.Good technical knowledge of automotive sheet metal parts, manufacturing, and assembly processes.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.About Us:Our company is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the automotive industry.
