Head - Documentation, Container Liner Shipping

Candidate should be a Graduate/ Postgraduate with minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Container Liner Shipping /Shipping Agency Documentation functions. Candidate will be responsible to conceptualize and put in place Documentation processes and systems, which are error free and fast, to the satisfaction of the Company, Principals and Customers with special emphasis on avoidance of claims. Responsibilities will include implementation of procedures as per the principal guidelines for the execution of the Export / Import documentation cycle whilst safeguarding the interests of the company and ensure all compliances by the customer. Candidate must be well experienced of Import Manifest processes, IGM preparation & filing. Candidate should possess good communication skills and leadership qualities to guide the staff. Must be able to independently correspond and communicate with Principals.
