Avensys, a leading IT professional services company, is seeking highly skilled individuals to fill the position of SAP Commerce Frontend Developer.This exciting opportunity offers a chance to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.Please note that this role requires working in Australia timezone.Primary Skills/RequirementsWe are looking for experts who can design and implement extensions on SAP Commerce using OCC/REST APIs, Backoffice customizations, CronJobs, ImpEx/data modeling, FlexibleSearch, and integration with ERP/OMS/PIM/Payment/Search.Familiarity with modern web technologies such as Angular/React, HTML5, CSS/SCSS; responsive and accessible UI is essential.A strong foundation in Java and Spring fundamentals (Core/DI, MVC, Data; Security exposure beneficial) is required for backend implementations.Candidates should have expertise in code quality & delivery: unit/integration testing (JUnit/Mockito/Jest/Karma), Git workflows, CI/CD, code reviews, clean architecture.Implementing secure coding and data protection (authn/authz, input validation, OWASP) is a must.Analytics, Observability & Advance DebuggingApplicants should be able to own Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) improvements and runtime performance (bundle size, caching, prefetch).Experience in writing unit/integration/e2e tests (Jest/Jasmine, Testing Library, Cypress) and automating in CI/C (Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps) is necessary.Familiarity with tooling such as Node.js, npm/yarn, Webpack/Vite, ESLint/Prettier, Git is required.Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest/Jasmine, Cypress/Playwright, Testing Library; contract testing of APIs where applicable is essential.Knowledge of web fundamentals including TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, BEM/CSS‑Modules, accessibility (ARIA), responsive design is necessary.You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
