About the Role:

As an AI Ops Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI/ML models in production environments. This role is ideal for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience who are eager to bridge the gap between machine learning engineering and operational excellence, ensuring seamless AI-driven solutions for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain scalable infrastructure for deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Automate end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data ingestion, training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models, ensuring seamless updates and rollbacks.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems for AI models to ensure reliability, performance, and accuracy over time.
  • Optimize compute resource utilization, including GPU/CPU usage, to ensure cost-efficient performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production AI systems to maintain uptime and reliability.
  • Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand model requirements and optimize their deployment.
  • Stay updated with advancements in MLOps tools and frameworks, incorporating them into existing workflows.


What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in MLOps, DevOps, or AI Infrastructure roles.


Technical Skills:

  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including AI/ML services.
  • Containerization: Expertise with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • CI/CD: Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Monitoring: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and logging frameworks for production AI systems.
  • Version Control: Knowledge of model versioning tools such as DVC or MLflow.
  • Scripting and Automation: Strong proficiency in Python or Bash for automation and orchestration.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Distributed Systems: Understanding of distributed training frameworks such as Horovod, Ray, or similar.


Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Hugging Face or similar model-serving frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI model lifecycle management and monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of optimizing GPU/TPU workloads for AI models.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work across teams, including data scientists and engineers.
