Role Summary-

We are an international general contractor, engaging in the engineering, design and construction of various types of industrial facilities for broad spectrum of customers throughout the world, including oil companies and several multinational companies. We are the leader for engineering and construction in the oil and gas sector in Spain, one of the leaders in Europe in design and construction of oil and gas facilities, and one of the world leaders in the refining sector. Most of our business is concentrated on large turnkey industrial projects, although we also provide engineering, management, start-up and operating services for industrial plants. We are currently looking for Expeditor for Bangalore/Chennai with minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar positions.

Responsibilities-

- Ensure compliance with directives and corporate/project procedures.
- Expedite proactively fabrication and deliveries of suppliers.
- Internal expediting and close coordination with other departments and project.
- Provision of related reports and status to project and client.

Technical Skills-

- Experience in handling ARAMCO Projects and other middle east clients.
- Essential Exposure in particular to petrochemical sector and modularized project would be an advantage, as well as familiar with industrial plant equipment and materials and with supplier contacts in related sectors.
- Ensure compliance with directives and corporate/project procedures. Proactive follow up of the whole fabrication process and deliveries of suppliers.
- Internal expediting and close coordination with other departments and project.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement Expediting for significant international projects in Oil & Gas Sector on EPC companies.
- Essential Essential Might need to travel occasionally to vendor workshops, but mainly work will be in the office. International environment.
- Essential Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (outlook, excel, word, …)
