Job Title: Data Migration SpecialistCompany Name: Innovya Technologies About This RoleWe are seeking a skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating and mapping customer data from client source systems to our industry-leading platform.Your primary responsibilities will include:Ensuring the efficient and accurate conversion of client data to our platform using strong technical migration skills.Performing extract, transform, load (ETL) activities to guarantee timely and accurate data conversions.Conducting in-depth research and analysis of complex scenarios to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to project governance.Maintaining business requirements traceability matrices (RTM) to map solution design.Presenting findings, requirements, and problem statements for ratification by stakeholders and working groups.Documenting data gaps to facilitate change impact and downstream impact analysis. To succeed in this role, you will need:At least 4 years of experience assessing data and analytic requirements to establish mapping rules from source to target systems.Experience with real-time, batch, and ETL for complex data conversions.A working knowledge of extract, transform, load (ETL) methodologies and tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Dell Boomi.The ability to utilize data mapping tools to prepare data for data loads based on target system specifications.Working experience using various data applications/systems such as Oracle SQL, Excel, .csv files.Strong SQL scripting experience.Candidate should have strong communication skills to collaborate via phone and email with clients and/or Project Manager throughout the conversion/integration process. BenefitsThis role offers opportunities for career growth and professional development within our company. How to ApplyIf you are a motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, please submit your application for this exciting opportunity.
