About Underwriting Operations TeamWe're building an underwriting operations team for a US rental-tech company that enables fair, fast, and fraud-free tenant approvals.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate rental applications and verify supporting data.Maintain process accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).Record findings, communicate updates, and coordinate case closures.Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.Meet daily quality and turnaround targets.Requirements:4+ years in business process outsourcing (BPO) or knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) operations (preferably BFSI or Mortgage/Risk).Excellent written English and documentation skills.Proficiency with workflow tools or customer relationship management (CRM) software.Comfortable working night shifts and structured, target-based work environments.Good to Have:Prior exposure to underwriting, verification, or document review processes.Experience working with US-based clients.
