T24 System Administrator RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled T24 system administrator to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our COB processes.Key Responsibilities:Provide Technical Support and Troubleshooting: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and resolving COB-related issues.Monitor COB Processes: Monitor COB processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the process.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations, finance, and IT teams, to ensure smooth COB processing.Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve COB-related issues, including transaction processing errors, accounting discrepancies, and system issues.Analyze Complex Problems: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, escalating to senior management or external support as needed.Administer and Maintain the T24 System: Administer and maintain the T24 system, ensuring that it is properly configured and optimized for COB operations.Collaborate with IT Team: Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement system updates.Maintain Procedures and Documentation: Maintain and update COB procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Ensure Timely Completion of COB Processes: Ensure that all COB processes are completed within the designated timeframe, meeting regulatory and internal deadlines.Prepare Reports on COB Operations: Prepare and submit regular reports on COB operations, including transaction volumes, processing times, and error rates.Comply with Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in T24, with a focus on providing technical support and troubleshooting for COB processes.In-depth knowledge of T24/Transact system.Strong understanding of T24 architecture, including application server, Database server.Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.Certifications: T24 certification or equivalent experience.
