Job Title: SAP EHS Consultant Location: PAN India Experience: 6+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate / ≤15 Days About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP EHS Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Risk Assessment, EHS Audit Management, Product Safety, and Dangerous Goods , along with proven experience in end-to-end SAP EHS implementations . This role requires functional consulting skills, integration knowledge, and hands-on experience in supporting EHS processes across global projects. Job Responsibilities Act as SME in E2E software global development and SAP EHS implementation projects. Translate business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRD/FSD) aligned with IT architecture. Provide feedback on business process efficiency and effectiveness. Support Delivery Managers & Platform Analysts in solution evaluation, design, and estimation. Conduct and provide user training for implemented applications. Validate solutions prior to UAT and ensure functional test cases meet business requirements. Escalate critical issues affecting delivery and product quality. Ensure software quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence. Provide third-line production support when required. Drive business process harmonization and propose IT innovations to stakeholders. Mandatory Skills SAP EHS Functional – Risk Assessment, EHS Audit Management, Product Safety & Dangerous Goods. Hands-on SAP EHS Implementation Experience – 3+ end-to-end implementations. Functional Consulting – Requirement Gathering, User Stories, FRD/FSD Preparation. SAP EHS Integration Knowledge (Material Master, Compliance, Logistics, Incident Management). Validation, Testing (UAT), Training, and Third-Line Production Support in SAP EHS.
