Key Analytics Delivery PositionJob DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead the delivery of advanced analytics projects, working closely with clients to define strategies and solutions that meet their business needs.This role involves advising clients on data-driven approaches to improve editorial planning, newsroom automation, and audience engagement. The individual will also be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation in real-time analytics and digital content performance.ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of AI/ML projects including Gen AI, NLP, personalization, content tagging, and recommendation systems.Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of up to 25 members across onshore and offshore locations.Collaborate with client stakeholders to define KPIs, use cases, and transformation roadmaps.Drive innovation in real-time analytics, newsroom intelligence, and digital content performance.RequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Data Science, or Media Technology.8–12 years of experience in analytics delivery, with proven work in news publishing, media, and digital content ecosystems.Strong understanding of newsroom operations, CMS platforms, audience development, and digital monetization models.Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Experience with Gen AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) and LLM-based applications.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.SkillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving.Leadership and team management.Data analysis and visualization.Cloud computing and AI/ML.
