Job Brief:

We are in search of a skilled Flutter developer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. As a Flutter developer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Your keen eye for detail will ensure every aspect of our apps is meticulously designed and executed. We are seeking someone passionate about building mobile apps, driven by the desire to create seamless and captivating user experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate user requirements into functional Flutter apps.
- Integrate APIs and services to extend app functionality and enhance user experience.
- Implement state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Redux) for scalable, maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and platform-specific issues.
- Contribute to process improvements to streamline development workflows.
- Work with backend teams to design GraphQL/REST APIs and data models.
- Assist in app deployment, release management, and store submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, QA, PM) to meet project deadlines and requirements.

Requirements:

- 3+ Years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter/Native.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Flutter developer, with a strong portfolio of mobile applications developed using Flutter
- Proficiency in Dart programming language
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with RESTful, GraphQL & WebSockets to connect mobile applications to backend services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with native Android and/or iOS development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS)
- Knowledge of Firebase or other cloud services for mobile app development
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
