The ideal candidate will have:A proven portfolio demonstrating high-impact, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails.Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, including complex photo manipulation, compositing, and retouching.A strong foundation in design principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, and typography.Experience in generating accurate assets or images using AI tools like Midjourney.A deep understanding of viewer psychology, YouTube trends, and what makes a person click.Strong analytical skills with a focus on YouTube analytics, specifically CTR (Click-Through Rate).The successful candidate will generate realistic/eye-catching thumbnails, find and generate accurate assets, create variants and A/B test to understand which thumbnail style creates the highest impact, take full ownership of the Click-Through Rate (CTR) for our YouTube channels, research and stay constantly updated with new design/thumbnail trends and competitor strategies on YouTube, and effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Beyond a competitive fixed salary, we offer performance-based bonuses to reward excellence.
