About Sr. Graphic Designer:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Converting creative briefs into compelling design for our target audience
  • Planning and managing all stages of the design projects
  • Keen sense of Layout & Composition and Typography
  • Basic Vector graphics, Motion Graphics & Illustration skills
  • Critical thinking & best articulation of brand value
  • Grasp over textual & visual content creation.
  • Conduct multiple iterations based on the team feedback and Brand Communication.
  • Ensure the independent prioritization and delivery of high-quality features.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with the best turnaround time.
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images - Brand guidelines.
  • Continuously improve the existing designs by bringing the best possible output.


Prerequisites:

  • Should be highly creative and have an impressive portfolio of design projects.
  • At least 4yrs of industry experience on Adobe Suite- proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Team spirit: effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to seamlessly coordinate with external clients.
  • Great at managing time with multi-tasking ability.
  • Any graduate or non-graduate with relevant field experience.
