Fix issues quickly – Identify, debug, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks across the stack before they impact users. Write clean, modular code – Ensure code is readable, maintainable, and scalable, making future development easier. Maintain high code quality – Write and enforce unit and integration tests (~90%+ coverage) to catch issues early and prevent regressions. Manage data efficiently – Design and optimize MongoDB and SQL schemas, ensuring data flows efficiently and queries run fast. Take ownership – Break down tasks into realistic deliverables, prioritize effectively, and take features from idea to production without constant supervision.
