Construction Accounting ManagerA career as a Construction Accounting Manager is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with numbers and have excellent organizational skills. This role offers a challenging and dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects.In this position, you will be tasked with managing all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting activities to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide management with information vital to decision-making.Coordinate and facilitate the construction draw process to ensure timely disbursement of funds for construction activities.Manage the yearly audit and tax compliance process to ensure accuracy and completeness.Requirements:Certified Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 8-10 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality of deliverables.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must have excellent work ethic, high integrity, and excellent follow-up skills.Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills in decision making.
