Job Title: Assistant Operations ManagerLocation: Remote.Job Type: Full-Time PositionWorking Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)Working Days: Monday to SaturdayExperience Required:Minimum of 5 years in hotel operations management role.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily hotel operations and support the General Manager with operational tasks.Assign duties to department heads and monitor performance for compliance with hotel policies and procedures.Represent the hotel in PR activities, promote the property within hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.Monitor guest feedback on various platforms, drive service recovery process, and maintain records of guest interactions.Ensure adherence to service standards, cash flow management, and accurate record-keeping.Address guest complaints promptly, implement effective service recovery strategies, and foster owner loyalty.Collaborate with sales team for corporate client handling and new business development as needed.Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager or senior management.Required Qualifications:Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM IST) and adapt to changing priorities.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.What We Offer:Competitive salary packageA dynamic remote work environmentOpportunity to work with a professional team
