Job Opportunity: Accountant RoleThis is a full-time on-site position for an accounting professional in Vadodara. The Executive Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and coordination tasks.Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs), ensuring accurate and timely completion.Record sales and purchase entries accurately in Tally ERP software, maintaining precise financial records.Handle daily accounting duties, including invoice posting, payment entries, and ledger maintenance, to ensure smooth financial operations.Coordinate with the bank for payments, inward/outward remittances, and account updates, ensuring seamless communication.Manage banking communication, including cheque deposits, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations, to maintain financial stability.Assist in GST filing, GST input tracking, and monthly return preparation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Prepare Excel reports for management, providing valuable insights into sales, purchase, outstanding, and other key metrics.Maintain proper documentation and support audits as required, upholding financial integrity.Ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and efficient financial operations, contributing to the company's success.Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Excel is essential for this role.Good communication skills are necessary for effective bank follow-ups and coordination.Understanding of GST filing and accounting basics is crucial for this position.Attention to detail and ability to work independently are key qualities required for this role.
