TCS present an excellent opportunity for RedHat OpenShift & Containers SME Job Location: Chennai Experience required : 4-6 yrs Interview date: 10-Dec-25 (Wednesday) Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Strong technical knowledge in Redhat OpenShift and OpenShift Virtualization, Kubernetes. Experience on VM migrations. Good-to-Have Expertise with the tools like Ansible, VmWare, Certification in RedHat OCP SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Must have very good experience with Containers, OpenShift troubleshooting both On-Prem and in Cloud 2 Must have experience in deployment of OpenShift or Kubernetes and its components both in On-Prem and Cloud 3 Integration of OpenShift or Kubernetes with various other tools like Quay, Advanced Cluster Management, CMDB, Monitoring, etc 4 Experience in performing OpenShift or Kubernetes Upgrades, Applying Patches, and the best practices to be followed 5 Strong Experience in automating OpenShift / Kubernetes Day-2 operations using Ansible or similar 6 Good experience in maintaining multiple OpenShift / Kubernetes clusters as per compliance 7 Experience in creating, updating, and managing SoPs, wiki articles that is required for managing OpenShift / Kubernetes administration 8 Coordinate with the team to action and resolve Incidents, Change Orders, Service Requests, etc on priority basis 9 Pro-actively identifying the gaps and challenges in the OpenShift / Kubernetes environment and come up with a solution 10 Lead teams within delivery multi-vendor environments in multiple countries 11 Excellent Communication Skills, Documentation, and presentation Skills
