We need a Growth Marketer who thinks in funnels, experiments, and data. You'll own the full marketing stack for brands on Amazon—paid ads, listing conversion, promotional campaigns, and performance analytics.As a founding member, you'll document your workflows and identify what should be automated next. Your daily work shapes our product roadmap. This is hands-on growth marketing with direct impact on product development. You'll deliver real results for clients while building the playbook for scale.Your core responsibilities will include running paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing listings for conversion, launching products and promotions, monitoring competitors and market trends, and handling client communication.You'll also build AI+Human Workflows, test pricing models, and develop a deep learning approach. Direct founder access will allow you to discuss learnings, pivot strategies, and make rapid decisions without bureaucracy.
