Agile Delivery LeaderAs an Agile Delivery Leader, you will drive requirement clarity and partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute sprints and deliver domain-driven outcomes.Facilitate end-to-end Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release readiness.Coach Agile teams on delivery standards, velocity improvement, and continuous value delivery.You will maintain sprint artifacts, such as backlogs, prioritization, capacity planning, burndown tracking, and delivery governance metrics. Additionally, you will apply healthcare knowledge to workflows, including payer systems, Medicaid, eligibility, claims processing, provider onboarding, compliance, or similar.We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Analysis and experience working in Healthcare technology. A proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions is required.In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, QA, Developers, Data teams, and Operations to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
