Ethics Focused Artificial Intelligence Specialist

About the Role:Responsible for ensuring the ethical development and deployment of artificial intelligence models across enterprises.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate AI/ML, LLM, and GenAI models for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness.Conduct red-teaming, safety testing, and adversarial analysis across AI pipelines.Perform pre-deployment, post-deployment, and continuous model audits.Operationalize and implement responsible AI principles based on industry standards.Collaborate with data scientists, legal, compliance, and product teams to enforce responsible AI lifecycle checkpoints.Evaluate model behavior variability and risk exposure across different cloud providers.Build or integrate tools for model explainability, fairness, and privacy.Produce model cards, system cards, and impact assessments.Deliver detailed evaluation reports, risk scores, and mitigation recommendations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical expertise in AI/ML, including deep learning and neural networks.Understanding of ethical frameworks and responsible AI principles.Experience with model development, deployment, and auditing.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Benefits:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and contribute to the development of responsible AI practices.
