Transfer Pricing SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our advisory group, you will work closely with multinational clients to deliver best-in-class TP services.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate with 2–4 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax. You will be responsible for preparing TP documentation, conducting functional and economic analyses, and developing arm's length pricing strategies.Your Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and comprehensive TP documentation, including local files and master filesConduct benchmarking studies using leading industry databases and toolsDevelop and implement effective intercompany pricing policiesCollaborate with senior colleagues to develop TP planning strategies and documentationParticipate in client meetings and respond to queries from tax authoritiesDraft proposals for potential clients and contribute to business development initiativesWork independently and collaboratively as part of a multicultural teamRequirements:2–4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing or international tax (experience in the UAE or MENA region preferred)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or similar are an advantageStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with TP databases is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWe Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment, opportunities for learning and career growth, and a chance to make a meaningful impact on our clients' success.
